Cancellation policy
Introduction
At Pree, we value the time of both our clients and our team. This Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures for appointment changes, cancellations, missed appointments, and late arrivals to ensure we can provide the best possible service to every client.
Appointment cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Advance notice allows us to offer your appointment to another client and helps us maintain an efficient booking schedule.
Rescheduling appointments
Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred alternative appointment time.
Late cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booked service fee.
No-show appointments
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged 100% of the booked service fee and may be required to pay a deposit when making future bookings.
Late arrivals
Arriving late may reduce the available treatment time. Depending on the schedule, your service may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. Full service charges may still apply.
Deposits
Certain services, packages, or special bookings may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are generally non refundable if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a no show, subject to applicable Australian consumer laws.
Membership appointments
Members are also required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Membership benefits and bookings remain subject to the same cancellation terms.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. Cancellation fees may be reviewed at our discretion in genuine exceptional circumstances.
Business cancellations
In the rare event that Pree needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to operational requirements, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next suitable appointment.
Policy updates
We reserve the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
